Description
Uses: T-Day is primarily indicated in the treatment of allergies that last throughout the year or are seasonal (blocked/runny nose, sneezing, itching). It is also used in the treatment of skin allergies that might be a result of reaction to food or some drug.
Interaction :No known drug interactions.
How does it work: Levocetirizine has an anti-inflammatory action on the cells. It reduces the uptake of chemical messengers that cause inflammation by the cells and thereby reduces and relieves the patient.
Precaution:
- T-Day should not be given to patients suffering from a kidney disorder.
- Levocetirizine can be used during pregnancy only when it is clearly indicated but should be avoided in lactating mothers.
- Patients using Levocetirizine may at times experience migraine (severe headaches), drowsiness, urge to sleep for prolonged periods, dry mouth, and runny nose. If you experience any of these symptoms please consult your doctor.
How to use: Tablet can be swallowed as whole with a glass of water with or without a meal.
