Description
This medicine is used in the management of muscular and skeletal disorder pain, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthrosis, ankylosing spondylitis (arthritis affecting joints of spine), acute gout (complex form of arthritis with extreme pain and swelling of joints) and chronic juvenile arthritis (arthritis in children)
Side effects of Arcox
This medicine can cause Edema, dizziness, headcahe, hypertension, palpitations, GI upset, rasied liver enzymes, flu-like illness, alveolar ostitis. MI, stroke and serious skin reactions have also been reported.
When not to use Arcox
This medicine should not be used by patients with active peptic ulcers and GI bleeding, severe hepatic and renal impairment, aspirin/NSAIDs allergy, IBS (inflammatory bowel disease) and ischemic heart disease and uncontrolled hypertension.
